Once you book and pay, our vet will call you on WhatsApp exactly at your chosen slot time. Keep your pet nearby and ensure you have a stable internet connection. The session lasts up to 30 minutes.
Is ₹300 the final price or are there hidden charges? ›
₹300 is the complete consultation fee with no hidden charges. This is a launch offer — the regular price is ₹500. Medicines or lab tests (if recommended) would be separate costs as applicable.
Can I book for any type of pet? ›
Yes! We provide consultations for dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, fish, and most common household pets. Select your pet type in the booking form and describe the issue clearly.
How do I pay for the consultation? ›
After booking, you'll receive a payment link on your WhatsApp. You can pay via UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit card, or net banking. The slot is confirmed once payment is received.
What if I need an in-person visit after the online consultation? ›
Our vet will advise you during the call if an in-person visit is needed. You can then visit us at our Aluva clinic Monday to Saturday between 4 PM and 7 PM.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking? ›
Yes, you can reschedule by messaging us on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before your slot. Cancellations made 24 hours in advance are eligible for a refund or credit toward a future session.
